Delivery and Returns

Your order dispatch, delivery and shipment from Cupolus

We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most of packages we generally dispatched within 1-2 work days after receipt of payment. Some items need 3-5  days to dispatch. Every time you chooce to by any item, please check the dispatch time, you will find this information below price in item description.

We work with DPD and others trust delivery (transport) companies. Delivery takes 3-7 days within the UK mainland. We can send items (order) in another world places (countries), but additional fees may appear. If you need deliver to none UK address, please, contact us by email

Regular price for delivery within the UK mainland is £4.99, for heavy items like carpets - £14.99. All delivery pricing information for each item  you can find in product description.

We advise you to group your items in one order course we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Return policies and refund

We do our best to dispatch best quality products to you. If at any reason you changed your mind and would like to return product or a whole order to Cupolus, please contact us by mail Please note, the return and the costs associated are the responsibility of the customer. You can return items in 14 days. Please ensure the return is securely packaged, and we recommend using a tracked service and retain proof of postage. Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded.

Please note: The item should be unused, only in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition!

Refunds will be issued once we have processed the return. It can take few days but not longer then 14 days since return delivery date to our warehouse. Refund will be issued back to the original Paypal account, please note return cost will not be returned. 

If items are not used and has their original packaging then we will start money return processing return. 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange for a different item or diferent variantion of the same item, please follow the returns process to request a refund, and place a new order for the desired product(s).

Cancellations: if you would like to cancel your order, please get intouch with us as soon as possible by email We are only able to cancel an order before it has been packed and processed. If your order has been packed, you must await receipt of the order and then process a return.

Faulty/ incorect items return

We do our best to dispatch best quality products and precisely what you had ordered. It is a pity, but misstakes hapens. You should inform us about faulty products or incorect packaging in 24 hours after delivery. Otherwise we will not be able to accept return and refund. 

If it’s faulty, we’ll fix it, replace it or give you all or some of your money back. In 24 hours after delivery you should contact us by email and send all needed information about faulty product or incorect order collection.

Please, send us this following information about faulty/damaged/broken items you would like to return

  • your order number or attatched invoice PDF file (you can find it order payment acception letter);
  • pictures of faulty product (max 3 units);
  • witch products did not delivered if order if collected incorectly.

After getting this information to email we will gide you through next steps how to exchange faulty product or incorectlly collected product. Please note: we will not refund return cost if you will use your own delivery company. We will arange carrier ourselfs, in this case no cost for delivery will apply to you.
